بررسی تغییرات جمعیت و تعیین پیک شب‌پره غلاف‌خوار Helicoverpa armigera (Lepidoptera:Noctuidae) در مزارع لوبیا Phaseolus vulgaris Linnaeus توسط تله‌‌های فرمونی

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی پیک شب­پره غلاف‌خوار لوبیا در هر یک از دو منطقه مورد بررسی (میلاجرد و خمین) در سال‌های 1401 و 1402 دو مزرعه آلوده (با وسعت تقریبی یک هکتار) انتخاب (در مجموع چهار مزرعه) و در هر مزرعه سه عدد تله دلتا به‌صورت مثلثی و به‌فاصله 100 متر از یکدیگر قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی تله­های فرمونی نشان داد که در دو سال اجرای آزمایش، شهرستان خمین نسبت به میلاجرد از جمعیت بیشتری از آفت برخوردار بود. در شهرستان خمین در سال اول، اوج جمعیت در هر دو مزرعه در یکم مرداد (23 جولای) در هر سه تله رخ داد. در سال دوم در تاریخ هفتم مرداد (29 جولای)، اوج جمعیت شب‌پره‌‌ها در شهرستان خمین به‌وقوع پیوست. در شهرستان میلاجرد، اوج شکار شب­پره­ها در سال‌های اول و دوم به‌ترتیب در تاریخ‌‌های شانزدهم مرداد (7 آگوست) و یازدهم مرداد (2 آگوست) رخ داد. بررسی جمعیت لاروها نشان داد که اوج جمعیت لاروها (سن یک و دو) نیز دو هفته پس از اوج شکار شب­پره‌‌ها ایجاد شد. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، در مناطقی که جمعیت این آفت بالا بوده است، توصیه می‌شود که دو هفته پس از اوج شکار شب‌پره‌‌ها و براساس تاریخ کشت هر منطقه اقدام به مهار نمایند.
