مطالعه اثر پیش‌تیمار اسید سالیسیلیک و عمق‌های مختلف کاشت بر سبزشدن و برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی بذر و گیاهچه عدس

چکیده

آزمایشی به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر غلظت‌های مختلف پیش‌تیمار بذر عدس با اسید سالیسیلیک در عمق‌های مختلف کاشت بر سبزشدن و برخی خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی عدس اجرا شد. این آزمایش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه گنبد کاووس در سال1392 به‌اجرا درآمد. عامل‌ اول شامل پیش‌تیمار بذور عدس با اسید سالسیلیک در غلظت‌های صفر، 50، 100 و 150میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم و عامل دوم عمق‌های مختلف کاشت 5/2، 5، 5/7، 10 و 5/12 سانتی‌متری بود. صفاتی همچون درصد و سرعت سبزشدن، قدرت بذر، وزن خشک گیاهچه، طول ساقه‌چه، تعداد شاخه فرعی اولیه، سطح برگ، نسبت سطح برگ، سطح ویژه برگ، نسبت وزن برگ، شاخص سبزینگی و پرولین مورد اندازه‌گیری قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که کلیه صفات مورد بررسی به‌جز نسبت وزن برگ، تحت تأثیر پرایمینگ و عمق‌های مختلف کاشت قرار گرفتند. تیمار 100 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم اسید سالسیلیک در عمق کشت 5/2 سانتی‌متر، صفاتی نظیر درصد سبزشدن (89/98)، سرعت سبزشدن (80/1 گیاهچه در روز)، وزن خشک گیاهچه (13/1 گرم)، سطح برگ (64/70 سانتی‌متر مربع)، تعداد شاخه فرعی اولیه (7/4)، وزن خشک برگ (69/0 گرم) و شاخص سبزینگی (13/2) را افزایش داد درحالی‌که پرولین، نسبت سطح برگ و سطح ویژه برگ را کاهش داد. همچنین تیمار پرایمینگ با اسید سالسیلیک 150 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم میزان پرولین و طول ساقه را افزایش داد و درمقابل، سطح برگ و وزن خشک گیاهچه را کاهش داد. بهترین تیمار، تیمار 100 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم اسید سالیسیلیک + عمق کاشت 5/2 سانتی‌متری بود زیرا در اکثر صفات مورد بررسی نقش افزایشی داشت.
