چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر پرایمینگ بذر با سالیسیلیک اسید و اعمال تنش خشکی در مرحله گلدهی بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک نظیر محتوای نسبی آب، سرعت فتوسنتز، شدت تعرق، میزان CO2زیر اتاقک روزنه‌ای، هدایت روزنه‌ای و شاخص کلروفیل لوبیا چشم بلبلی (L. unguiculata Vigna ) رقم پرستو، آزمایشی در قالب طرح اسپلیت بلوک در شرایط مزرعه‌ای، انجام گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تنش خشکی به‌عنوان عامل اصلی در دو سطح (شاهد یا آبیاری منظم و تنش در زمان شروع گلدهی تا 50 درصد گلدهی) و پرایمینگ بذر با سالیسیلیک اسید به‌عنوان عامل فرعی در پنج سطح شامل سطوح صفر، 900، 1800، 2700 و3600 میکرومولار بودند. نتایج نشان داد اعمال تنش خشکی موجب کاهش تبادلات گازی و سرعت فتوسنتز می‌گردد. گیاهان حاصل از بذرهای پرایم شده در مقایسه با گیاهانی که از بذرهای تیمار نشده به‌وجود آمده بودند، دارای محتوای نسبی آب، سرعت فتوسنتز، هدایت روزنه‌ای، شدت تعرق و شاخص کلروفیل بالاتری بودند. همچنین، میزان CO2زیر اتاقک روزنه‌ای گیاهان حاصل از بذرهای پرایم شده در مقایسه با گیاهان حاصل از بذرهای تیمار نشده، پایین‌تر بود که بیانگر اثر محافظتی سالیسیلیک اسید در برابر تنش خشکی می‌باشد. بیشترین افزایش در اکثر صفات در گیاهان حاصل از بذرهای پرایم شده با غلظت 2700 میکرومولار سالیسلیک اسید به‌دست آمد؛ به‌طوری که منجر به افزایش سرعت فتوسنتز گیاهان حاصل از بذرهای پرایم شده تحت شراط تنش و نرمال در مقایسه با گیاهان تیمار نشده گردید. در غلظت 3600 میکرومولار، در اکثر صفات بررسی شده کاهشی نسبت به غلظت 2700 میکرومولار مشاهده شد که می‌تواند نشان‌دهنده اثر ممانعتی این هورمون در غلظت‌های بالاتر باشد.
