پاسخ رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی و عملکرد لوبیا چیتی (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) به روش‌های مدیریت علف‌های هرز

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک­‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1400 انجام شد. عوامل آزمایش شامل: روش‌های کنترل علف­‌های هرز (کاربرد علف‌کش تریفلورالین به‌صورت پیش کاشت، کاربرد علف‌کش تریفلورالین + یک مرحله وجین، مالچ گندم، کاربرد علف‌کش بنتازون 50 درصد مقدار توصیه‌ شده، کاربرد علف‌کش بنتازون 75 درصد مقدار توصیه‌ شده، کاربرد علف‌کش بنتازون 100 درصد مقدار توصیه‌ شده و شاهد با وجین و شاهد بدون وجین) و ارقام لوبیا چیتی (رقم نگین و صدری) بودند. بیشترین تراکم و وزن خشک علف‌های هرز در شرایط شاهد بدون وجین مشاهده شد. در بین تیمارهای مدیریت علف­‌های هرز، تیمارهای مالچ و کاربرد بنتازون در مقدار توصیه شده سبب کاهش تراکم و وزن خشک علف­های هرز در هر دو رقم نگین و صدری شد. بیشترین و کمترین محتوای کلروفیل a، b و کلروفیل کل در هر دو رقم نگین و صدری به‌ترتیب در شاهد با وجین و شاهد بدون وجین علف هرز بود. درحالی­‌که شاهد بدون وجین و شاهد با وجین علف هرز به­‌ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین مقدار کاروتنوئید را در رقم نگین (41/0 و 29/0 میلی‌­گرم بر گرم وزن تر) و صدری (37/0 و 28/0 میلی­‌گرم بر گرم وزن تر) داشتند. بیشینه عملکرد دانه رقم نگین و صدری (به‌ترتیب 1957 و 2426 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در شاهد عاری از علف هرز مشاهده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که رقم صدری با رشد نامحدود، قدرت رقابتی بالاتری نسبت به علف‌های هرز دارد و عملکرد بالاتری نسبت به رقم نگین داشت. در بین تیمارهای مدیریت علف­‌های هرز، استفاده از مالچ و بنتازون 100 درصد مقدار توصیه‌­شده به عملکرد بیشتر لوبیا چیتی منجر شد.
