اثر فاصله کاشت و میزان بذر بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ارقام لوبیا (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) در استان گیلان
بهمنظور بررسی اثر فاصله کاشت و میزان بذر بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ارقام لوبیا، آزمایشی بهصورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار طی دو سال زراعی 1387 و 1388 در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی کشت دوم مؤسسه تحقیقات برنج کشور در رشت به مرحله اجرا درآمد. عاملهای مورد بررسی شامل فاصله کشت در سهسطح 20، 30 و 40 سانتیمتر بهعنوان عامل اصلی، ارقام لوبیا در دوسطح خالدار باقلای گرم و قرمز کیاشهری و میزان بذر در سهسطح 70، 90 و 110 کیلوگرم در هکتار بهعنوان عامل فرعی منظور شدند. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس مرکب نشان داد که بین اثر سال، فواصل کشت، ارقام و میزان بذر از نظر عملکرد غلاف و دانه اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت. نتایج مقایسه میانگین بیانگر آن بود که بیشترین عملکرد غلاف و دانه در سال دوم آزمایش (بهترتیب با میانگین 7/2689 و 8/1478 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، فاصلهکاشت 20 سانتیمتر (بهترتیب با میانگین 6/2617 و 3/1396 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، رقم خالدار باقلای گرم (بهترتیب با میانگین 6/2475 و 8/1398 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و میزان بذر 110 کیلوگرم در هکتار (بهترتیب با میانگین 1/2551 و 1/1414 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بهدست آمد. نتایج تجزیه به عاملها صفات مورد بررسی را در سه گروه مجزا قرار داد و صفات تراکم بوته در واحد سطح، تعداد دانه در واحد سطح و وزن دانه در واحد سطح در یک گروه بههمراه عملکرد غلاف و دانه قرار داشتند. استفاده از فواصل ردیف باریک (20سانتیمتر)، میزان بذر بیشتر (110 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و رقم خالدار باقلای گرم منجر به افزایش عملکرد غلاف و دانه گردیده و جهت کشت لوبیا در منطقه گیلان توصیه میگردد.

کاربرد تلفیقی کودهای زیستی و شیمیایی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد لوبیا (Phaseolus vulgaris) در شرایط آب و هوایی شهرستان رشت
این تحقیق با هدف کاهش مصرف کودهای شیمیایی، با تلفیق کودهای زیستی و شیمیایی در زراعت لوبیا در منطقه رشت، در سال زراعی 1391 انجام شد. قالب آزمایش بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 12 تیمار و سه تکرار بود. تیمارها شامل: 1- شاهد (بدون کود)، 2- کود شیمیایی (نیتروژن و فسفر) و تیمارهای تلفیقی کودهای بیولوژیک شامل جنسهای sp Bacillus، Pseudomonas sp و Rhizobium sp با کودهای شیمیایی نیتروژن و فسفر بهصورت 3- رایزوبیوم + سودوموناس و باسیلوس (بیولوژیک) + 100 درصد فسفر، 4- (بیولوژیک)، 5- (بیولوژیک) + 25% فسفر، 6- (بیولوژیک) +50% فسفر، 7- (بیولوژیک) + 75% فسفر، 8- نیتروژن + سودوموناس و باسیلوس + 100% فسفر، 9- نیتروژن+ سودوموناس و باسیلوس10- نیتروژن + سودوموناس و باسیلوس+ 25% فسفر، 11- نیتروژن + سودوموناس و باسیلوس+ 50% فسفر و 12- نیتروژن + سودوموناس و باسیلوس + 75% فسفر بود. نتایج نشان داد تیمارهای آزمایشی اثر معنیدار بر عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و درصد پروتئین داشتند. مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد تیمار حاوی کودهای بیولوژیک+50 درصد کود فسفر و کود شیمیایی نیتروژن (تیمار 8) مناسبتربن تیمار بود که با تیمارهای 100 درصد کود شیمیایی و کود بیولوژیک (تیمارهای 8 و 12) تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. سایر صفات کمی و کیفی در تیمارهای فوق نسبت به شاهد برتری داشتند. نهایتاً نتایج نشان داد امکان تلفیق کودهای زیستی فسفر با کود شیمیایی فسفر در این شرایط برای تأمین فسفر مورد نیاز محصول وجود دارد. اما کود ریزوبیوم در شرایط این منطقه کارایی مناسبی نداشت و تولید در تیمار ریزوبیوم نسبت به کود شیمیایی، کاهش یافت.

اثر پوشش بذر با زئولیت و پرایم با کلات آهن بر عملکرد پروتئین و دانه ارقام ماش (Vigna radiata L.) در شرایط اهواز
در حبوبات گرمسیری از جمله ماش، استفاده از زئولیت با هدف ذخیره رطوبت خاک اهمیت دارد. بهمنظور بررسی اثر پوشش بذر با زئولیت و پرایمینگ بذر با کلات آهن بر عملکرد پروتئین و دانه ارقام ماش در شرایط اهواز، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه پژوهشی دانشگاه رامین در تابستان 1390 انجام شد. تیمارها شامل سیستم بهینهسازی کشت در شش سطح زئولیت + پرایم بذر، زئولیت، پوشش بذر با زئولیت + پرایم بذر، پوشش بذر، پرایم بذر و شاهد بههمراه سه رقم هندی، NM54 و VC11-18-b بود. نتایج نشان داد که رقم بر تمامی صفات اثر معنیداری داشت اما اثر سیستم بهینهسازی و برهمکنش سیستم و رقم بر تمام صفات بهجز وزن هزاردانه و تعداد دانه در غلاف معنیدار بود. ترکیب پوشش بذر هندی با زئولیت بالاترین تعداد غلاف در بوته، عملکرد دانه و پروتئین، درصد پروتئین دانه و شاخص برداشت را بهدست آورد. بررسی ضرایب همبستگی حاکی از ارتباط معنیدار صفت تعداد غلاف در بوته با عملکرد دانه و پروتئین بود. رقم هندی با بیشترین وزن هزاردانه و تعداد دانه در غلاف، پتانسیل بالایی در تولید اجزای عملکرد دانه نشان داد. بالاترین درصد پروتئین دانه با کاربرد زئولیت در هر سه رقم بهدست آمد. بیشترین عملکرد بیولوژیک در تیمار پرایم رقم هندی، نویدبخش کاربرد آن بهعنوان کود سبز بود.

تأثیر متانول بر خصوصیات جوانهزنی گیاه لوبیا (Phaseolus vulgaris L. cv. Sadry) تحت تنش خشکی
بهمنظور بررسی اثر متانول بر میزان درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی، شاخص بنیه بذر، طول ریشهچه، ساقهچه، گیاهچه، وزن خشک ساقهچه، ریشهچه و آندوسپرم مصرفی گیاه لوبیا رقم صدری در شرایط تنش خشکی آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار بهاجرا درآمد. عامل اول غلظتهای متانول با 4 سطح (شامل شاهد یا بدون متانول، 5، 10 و 15 درصد حجمی) و عامل دوم خشکی ایجاد شده با پلیاتیلن گلایکول 6000 در 4 سطح (0، 3-، 6- و 9- بار) بود. نتایج نشان داد بین سطوح مختلف متانول اختلاف معنیداری از نظر درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی، طول ریشهچه، ساقهچه و گیاهچه، وزن خشک ساقهچه و ریشهچه، شاخص بنیه بذر و آندوسپرم مصرفی وجود داشت (p 0.01). با افزایش غلظت متانول، کاهش معنیداری در کلیه صفات مورد بررسی نسبت به سطح شاهد مشاهده شد. تنش خشکی در سطح 9- بار موجب کاهش معنیداری (p 0.01) در میزان درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی، طول ریشهچه، طول گیاهچه، وزن خشک ریشهچه و آندوسپرم مصرفی نسبت به دیگر سطوح شد. نتایج نشان داد که در شرایط بدون تنش خشکی، متانول باعث کاهش معنیدار در کلیه صفات مورد بررسی شد. در شرایط تنش خشکی، متانول در کلیه سطوح بهصورت معنیداری درصد جوانهزنی، طول ریشهچه، طول گیاهچه، وزن خشک ریشهچه و ساقهچه را کاهش داد.

اثر سطوح آبیاری و محلولپاشی آهن و روی بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی لوبیا قرمز (Phaseolous vulgaris L.)
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح آبیاری و محلولپاشی عناصر آهن و روی بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی لوبیا قرمز (Phaseolous vulgaris L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت طرح کرتهای خرد شده در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شهرستان لردگان در تابستان 1390 اجرا شد. سطوح آبیاری بهعنوان عامل اصلی در سه سطح: آبیاری پس از 50، 75 و 100 میلیمتر تبخیر، و محلولپاشی بهعنوان عامل فرعی در چهار سطح: محلولپاشی با آب (شاهد)، سولفات آهن (سه گرم در لیتر)، سولفات روی (سه گرم در لیتر) و ترکیب سولفات آهن و روی (سه گرم در لیتر) در نظر گرفته شد. در این آزمایش عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و خصوصیات کیفی دانه لوبیا مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد آبیاری بر کلیه صفات مورد مطالعه بهجز تعداد دانه در غلاف و میزان آهن و روی دانه معنیدار گردید. بیشترین و کمترین تعداد غلاف در بوته، عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت بهترتیب در تیمارهای آبیاری پس از 50 و 100 میلیمتر تبخیر بهدست آمد. همچنین بیشترین و کمترین میزان پروتئین دانه بهترتیب برابر با 6/25 و 8/19 درصد در تیمارهای آبیاری پس از 100 و 50 میلیمتر تبخیر بهدست آمد. تأثیر محلولپاشی بر کلیه صفات مورد مطالعه بهجز شاخص برداشت معنیدار گردید. بیشترین تعداد دانه در غلاف (86/3)، تعداد غلاف در بوته (53/8)، عملکرد بیولوژیک (7535 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و پروتئین دانه (71/23 درصد) در تیمار محلولپاشی توأم آهن و روی، و کمترین آنها بهترتیب برابر با 38/3، 48/6، 6259 کیلوگرم در هکتار و 18/22 درصد در تیمار شاهد بهدست آمد. محلولپاشی آهن و روی غلظت این عناصر در دانه را بهطور معنیداری نسبت به شاهد افزایش داد. تأثیر محلولپاشی بر وزن صد دانه در تیمارهای آبیاری پس از 50 و 75 میلیمتر تبخیر معنیدار گردید، بهطوریکه بیشترین وزن صد دانه در هر دو سطح آبیاری مربوط به تیمار محلولپاشی توأم آهن و روی و کمترین آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد بود. اثر متقابل آبیاری و محلولپاشی بر عملکرد دانه نشان داد که در تیمارهای آبیاری پس از 75 و 100 میلیمتر تبخیر بیشترین عملکرد در تیمار محلولپاشی آهن و روی برابر با 2513 و 1747 کیلوگرم در هکتار و کمترین آن در تیمار شاهد برابر با 2005 و 1062 کیلوگرم در هکتار بهدست آمد.

اثر سطوح آبیاری و نیتروژن بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد نخود (Cicer arietinum L.) در شرایط آب و هوایی مشهد
بهمنظور مطالعه اثر سطوح مختلف آبیاری و کود نیتروژن بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد نخود (ژنوتیپ482ILC)، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی، دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال زراعی 91-1390 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سه سطح نیتروژن 30، 75 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار بهصورت کود اوره و آبیاری در سه سطح: آبیاری کامل، یکبار آبیاری در مرحله گلدهی و دو مرتبه آبیاری در مراحل گلدهی و غلافدهی بود. صفات مورد مطالعه شامل عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیکی، شاخص برداشت، وزن هزار دانه، تعداد غلاف در بوته و تعداد دانه در غلاف بود. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که سطوح مختلف آبیاری و کود نیتروژن تأثیر معنیداری بر تعداد دانه در غلاف، غلاف در بوته، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیکی و شاخص برداشت داشتند. اثر متقابل آبیاری و کود نیتروژن بهجز شاخص برداشت در تمامی صفات مورد مطالعه معنیدار بود. در این بررسی تیمار آبیاری کامل + 75 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها باعث افزایش معنیدار کلیه صفات (بهجز عملکرد بیولوژیکی) شد. همچنین یکبار آبیاری در مرحله گلدهی بههمراه 150 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار باعث کاهش معنیدار کلیه صفات مورد مطالعه شد. تیمار آبیاری کامل و 150 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار بیشترین عملکرد بیولوژیکی (9/8 تن در هکتار) را داشت، در حالیکه عملکرد دانه آن 1854 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. بنابراین حفظ رطوبت طی دوران بحرانی رشد نخود و کاربرد سطوح متعادل تغذیهای بهویژه نیتروژن در سطوح 30 و 75 کیلوگرم در هکتار باعث افزایش عملکرد نخود خواهد شد.

تأثیر آبیاری تکمیلی و تراکمهای مختلف گیاهی بر برخی صفات مورفولوژیک، عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و میزان پروتئین دانه نخود (Cicer arietinum L.) در منطقه سیروان در استان ایلام
بهمنظور مطالعه اثر آبیاری تکمیلی و تراکمهای مختلف گیاهی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد نخود، رقم هاشم، در ایلام، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 90-1389 در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی سیروان بهصورت اسپیلت پلات در قالب بلوک کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در 25 آبان ماه اجرا شد. تیمار آبیاری در سه سطح شامل بدون آبیاری (دیم)، یک نوبت آبیاری تکمیلی در مرحله گلدهی و یک نوبت آبیاری تکمیلی در مرحله نیامبندی بهعنوان عامل اصلی و تراکمهای مختلف گیاهی در چهار سطح (20، 30، 40 و 50 بوته در مترمربع) بهعنوان عامل فرعی قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از آزمایش نشان داد تأثیر آبیاری تکمیلی بر ارتفاع بوته، تعداد شاخه فرعی، تعداد نیام در بوته، وزن هزار دانه، میزان پروتئین دانه، عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولویک معنیدار بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه (1504 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در شرایط آبیاری در مرحله گلدهی و کمترین عملکرد دانه (612 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار دیم بهدست آمد. تراکمهای مختلف گیاهی نیز بر کلیه صفات بهجز میزان پروتئین دانه و شاخص برداشت معنیدار بود. بیشترین و کمترین عملکرد دانه بهترتیب در تراکم 50 و 20 بوته در متر مربع بهدست آمد، اگرچه بین تراکم 40 و 50 بوته در متر مربع اختلاف آماری معنیداری وجود نداشت. اثر برهمکنش آبیاری تکمیلی در تراکم گیاهی بر تعداد شاخه اصلی، تعداد نیام در بوته، عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیک معنیدار شد. بیشترین عملکرد دانه (2006 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در آبیاری تکمیلی در مرحله گلدهی و تراکم 50 بوته در متر مربع و کمترین عملکرد دانه (488 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تیمار بدون آبیاری و تراکم 20 بوته در متر مربع حاصل شد. بهطور کلی نتایج این آزمایش نشاندهنده آن است که آبیاری تکمیلی بدون در نظر گرفتن مرحله کاربرد آن نسبت به عدم آبیاری عملکرد دانه نخود دیم را افزایش داد.

مقایسة روش فائو پنمن مانتیث و تشت تبخیر کلاس A با دادههای لایسیمتری در برآورد تبخیر و تعرق گیاه نخود در منطقة خرمآباد
استان لرستان و منطقة خرمآباد یکی از بزرگترین تولیدکنندههای نخود در کشور میباشد. نخود (Cicer arietinum L.) یکی از مهمترین گیاهان استان لرستان است که نسبت به سایر گیاهان مشابه، سطح قابل توجهی را بهخود اختصاص داده است. با این حال تاکنون پژوهشی برای برآورد نیاز آبی نخود بهصورت دقیق در این منطقه انجام نشده است. پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور تعیین نیاز آبی و ضریب گیاهی نخود در مزرعهی تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه لرستان در سال ٩۲-١٣٩١ انجام شد. بدین منظور از چهار لایسیمتر زهکشدار به قطر ۴۵ سانتیمتر و ارتفاع ۸۰ سانتیمتر استفاده شد. داخل هر چهار لایسیمتر، گیاه نخود با تراکم ٥٠ بوته در مترمربع کشت شد و سپس با استفاده از معادله بیلان آب تبخیر و تعرق محاسبه گشت. براساس نتایج بهدست آمده میزان آب مورد نیاز نخود ٤٣٨ میلیمتر برآورد گردید. در همین مدت تبخیر و تعرق گیاه مرجع با استفاده از ۴ لایسیمتر محاسبه و این پارامتر ۲/۵۵۴ میلیمتر برآورد گردید. همچنین با استفاده از روابط ارائه شده برای ضریب تشت و محاسبه نیاز آبی با این روش و در نهایت مقایسه آن با دادههای لایسیمتری، رابطهای که بهترین برآورد از تبخیر و تعرق واقعی نخود را دارد تعیین شد. در این خصوص از شاخصهای آماری RMSE، MBE، MAE و R2 استفاده شد و بهکمک آنها، روش فائو با مقدار خطای RMSE، ١٧٤/٠ و وضعیت مناسب سایر شاخصهای آماری بهعنوان روش بهینه و روش اشنایدر اصلاح شده در رتبه دوم دقت قرار گرفت. استفاده از روش فائو پنمن مانتیث در محاسبه تبخیر و تعرق گیاه مرجع در این منطقه ٨/٤ درصد برآورد کمتری نسبت به مقادیر لایسیمتری دارد.

بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی، وراثتپذیری و پیشرفت ژنتیکی در ژنوتیپهای نخود تیپ کابلی
بهمنظور بررسی ذخایر توارثی نخود کابلی ایران تعداد 57 لاین نخود تیپ کابلی (Cicer arietinum L.) انتخابی از آزمایشات قبلی طی دو سال زراعی 89-1388 و 90-1389 در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه مؤسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر کرج کشت و برای صفات مهم زراعی و مورفولوژیکی ارزیابی شدند. نتایج بیانگر تنوع قابل ملاحظهای در بین نمونهها بود. در تجزیه واریانس مرکب، بین میانگین سالها و نمونهها تفاوت معنیدار وجود داشت. معنیدار بودن اثر متقابل نمونه × سال برای صفات نشاندهنده واکنش متفاوت نمونهها در سالهای مختلف بود. در تجزیه به مختصات اصلی، چهار مؤلفه اول حدود 85 درصد از کل تغییرات دادهها را توجیه نمودند. مؤلفه اول با توجیه 59 درصد از تغییرات با صفات عادت رشد، کرک بوته، گل و غلاف در گل آذین، رنگ دانه، نقاط سیاه دانه، بافت پوسته مرتبط بود. صفات طول گلدهی، گل و غلاف در بوته، تعداد غلاف بوته، تعداد دانه غلاف بهترتیب دارای تنوع ژنتیکی (ضریب تغییرات ژنتیکی) برابر با 58/21، 88/24، 51/52، 01/27 بودند. وراثتپذیری این صفات بهترتیب برابر با 49/93، 67/66، 72/94، 86/82 بود. انتخاب مستقیم برای صفات یاد شده موجب افزایش عملکرد دانه در نخود تیپ کابلی میگردد.

استفاده از بستر دروغین و مقادیر کاهشیافته علفکش ایمازتاپیر در مدیریت علفهایهرز لوبیا (.L Phaseolus vulgari)
بهمنظور ارزیابی کارایی مقادیر کاهشیافته علفکش ایمازتاپیر در تلفیق با بسترهای دروغین جهت کنترل انتخابی علفهایهرز لوبیا آزمایشی در سال زراعی 1390 بهاجرا درآمد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی اجرا شد. فاکتورها شامل مقادیر مختلف علفکش (کاربرد پسرویشی ایمازتاپیر در مقادیر صفر، 25، 50، 75 و 100 گرم ماده مؤثره در هکتار) و بستر کاشت (بستر دروغین و بستر مرسوم) بودند. همچنین یک تیمار بهعنوان شاهد با وجین برای مقایسه در نظر گرفته شد. در شرایط عدم استفاده از علفکش بین دو بستر از لحاظ زیستتوده علفهای هرز باریکبرگ و مجموع علفهای هرز اختلاف معنیداری (p ≤ 0.01) دیده شد. بهطوریکه استفاده از بستر دروغین زیستتوده علفهای هرز باریکبرگ و مجموع علفهای هرز را بهترتیب 28 و 21 درصد کاهش داد. با این حال زیستتوده تولید شده در پهنبرگها تحت تأثیر روش تهیه بستر قرار نگرفت (P=0.053). کاربرد ایمازتاپیر نیز بهشدت رشد و تولید زیستتوده علفهای هرز باریکبرگ و پهنبرگ را تحت تأثیر قرار داد. در بستر دروغین، بین کاربرد 50 و 100 گرم ماده مؤثره در هکتار از علفکش ایمازتاپیر در کنترل مؤثر علفهای هرز باریکبرگ اختلاف معنیداری دیده نشد. درحالیکه در بستر مرسوم برای کنترل مؤثر علفهای هرز به 75 گرم در هکتار از این علفکش نیاز بود. رقابت علفهای هرز در طول فصل عملکرد دانه لوبیا را در بستر مرسوم و بستر دروغین بهترتیب 73 و 68 درصد نسبت به شاهد عاری از علف هرز کاهش داد. با این حال کاربرد علفکش ایمازتاپیر افت عملکرد دانه در بستر مرسوم و بستر دروغین را بهترتیب به 9/2 و 7/4 درصد کاهش داد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان دادکه کنترل قابل قبول علفهای هرز در لوبیا با طیف علف هرزی مشاهده شده در این تحقیق، با استفاده از 56 گرم از ماده مؤثر در هکتار ایمازتاپیر در تلفیق با بستر دروغین که 90% عملکرد پتانسیل را فراهم مینماید، قابل دستیابی است.

بررسی تأثیر بقایای علفکش تریفلورالین در خاک بر رشد و گرهزایی ژنوتیپهای نخود (Cicer arietinum L.)
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر بقایای علفکش تریفلورالین در خاک بر رشد و گرهزایی ژنوتیپهای نخود، آزمایشی گلخانهای بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در سه تکرار در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. عوامل مورد بررسی شامل ژنوتیپهای نخود در 4 سطح (هاشم، آی ال سی، کاکا، کرمانشاهی) و غلظتهای علفکش تریفلورالین در خاک در 7 سطح (0، 6/4، 2/9، 18، 6/27، 8/36، 55 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم خاک) بودند. یک هفته پس از ظهور گیاهان، درصد سبز شدن آنها تعیین و در ابتدای مرحله گلدهی، درصد بقاء، ارتفاع، تعداد شاخههای جانبی، زیستتوده اندام هوایی، ریشه، تعداد و وزن تر گره آنها اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که همه صفات اندازهگیری شده گیاهان مورد مطالعه تحت تأثیر معنیدار بقایای تریفلورالین در خاک قرار گرفت. با افزایش غلظت تریفلورالین در خاک صفات مذکور در تمام ژنوتیپها بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت. در کمترین غلظت تریفلورالین در خاک، تلفات زیستتوده اندامهای هوایی و ریشه بهترتیب 64/48 و 8/39 درصد بود. در بیشترین غلظت تریفلورالین در خاک، نیز زیستتوده اندامهای هوایی و ریشه گیاهان بهترتیب 96/97 و 39/96 درصد کاهش یافت. در بین ژنوتیپهای نخود، بیشترین (93/74 و 51/71 درصد) تلفات زیستتوده ساقه و ریشه در ژنوتیپ کاکا و کمترین تلفات زیستتوده اندامهای هوایی (82/64 درصد) و ریشه (96/55 درصد) نیز بهترتیب در ژنوتیپهای کرمانشاهی و هاشم مشاهده شدند. براساس شاخص ED50، ژنوتیپ آی ال سی (23/3 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم خاک) و کرمانشاهی (22/8 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم خاک) بهترتیب حساسترین و متحملترین ژنوتیپهای نخود به بقایای تریفلورالین در خاک بودند. باتوجه به نتایج حاصل و براساس شاخص ED50 اندامهای هوایی، ژنوتیپهای نخود از نظر تحمل به بقایای تریفلورالین بهصورت کرمانشاهی > هاشم > کاکا > آی ال سی طبقهبندی شدند.

کاربرد شاخص مالمکوئیست در تحلیل رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید حبوبات ایران
در این مطالعه رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید حبوبات ایران شامل نخود آبی، نخود دیم، عدس آبی، عدس دیم و لوبیا آبی با استفاده از روش ناپارامتریک مالمکوئیست طی سالهای زراعی 1387-1368 مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. دراینراستا، مقادیر مصرف نهادههای بذر، کود حیوانی، کود شیمیایی، علفکش، سم، نیروی کار، آب مصرفی و سطح زیر کشت و مقدار ستانده حبوبات ایران مدنظر قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تولید نخود آبی نسبت به سایر حبوبات مورد بررسی از کمترین رشد بهرهوری در دوره زمانی مورد مطالعه برخوردار میباشد. همچنین محصولات عدس آبی، عدس دیم و نخود آبی با توجه به تغییرات تکنولوژی و کارایی دارای رشد منفی در بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید میباشند و محصولات لوبیا آبی و نخود دیم دارای رشد مثبت در بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید طی سالهای مورد بررسی بوده است. بررسی تغییرات سالانه بهرهوری حبوبات و اجزای آن نشان میدهد بالاترین رشد بهرهوری در سال زراعی 80-1379 برابر با 85 درصد و بیشترین رشد منفی در سال زراعی 79-1378 برابر با 9/36 درصد میباشد.
