ارزیابی استفاده از رهیافت اختلاط مالچ با علفکشهای تریفلورالین و ایمازتاپیر در کنترل علفهایهرز نخود (Cicer arietinum L.)
بهمنظور بررسی کارآیی اختلاط علفکشهای تریفلورالین و ایمازتاپیر با مالچ خاکاره در مدیریت علفهایهرز نخود، آزمایشی در سال زراعی95-1394 بهصورت طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل کاربرد مالچ خاکاره، علفکشهای ایمازتاپیر و تریفلورالین و اختلاط هر کدام از این دو علفکش با مالچ خاکاره به دو صورت (مالچ آغشته به علفکش و کاربرد علفکش زیر مالچ) بهصورت پیشرویشی بود. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد ایمازتاپیر بهصورت پیشرویشی خسارت شدیدی به نخود وارد کرد و بهدلیل گیاهسوزی و توقف رشد، نخود را از بین برد، اما کاربرد تریفلورالین موجب کنترل علفهایهرز و همچنین افزایش عملکرد نخود شد. همچنین کاربرد مالچ خاکاره بهتنهایی باعث افزایش عملکرد نخود و کاهش تراکم و زیستتوده علفهایهرز نسبت به تیمار شاهد بدون کنترل شد. کاربرد همزمان تریفلورالین با مالچ نسبت به دیگر تیمارها بهترین نتیجه را در کنترل علفهایهرز داشت، بهطوریکه مالچ آغشته به تریفلورالین دارای بیشترین عملکرد دانه (1450کیلوگرم در هکتار) و زیستتوده (3700کیلوگرم در هکتار) نخود شد. اگرچه کاربرد تریفلورالین در زیر مالچ، کارآیی بیشتری در کنترل علفهایهرز در طول فصل رشد داشت، اما باعث کاهش بقاء نخود و خسارت به آن شد.

ردیابی و توالییابی ژن کُدکنندة پروتئین مرتبط با بیماریزایی PR10 در نخود (Cicer arietinum L.)
در بین حبوبات، نخود از جایگاه ویژهای برخوردار است و از جمله عوامل محدودکننده عملکرد آن، میتوان به برقزدگی نخود اشاره کرد. استفاده از پروتئینهای مرتبط با بیماریزایی یکی از راهکارهای مقابله گیاهان با عوامل بیماریزا بهشمار میرود. یکی از ژنهای کُدکننده این نوع پروتئینها، ژن کدکننده PR-10 است. این پژوهش با هدف ردیابی ژنPR-10 در ژنوم گیاه نخود انجام شد. بدین منظور DNAی ژنومی شِش ژنوتیپ نخود با مقاومت متفاوت نسبت به بیماری شامل دو رقم مقاوم MCC142 و MDD528، دو رقم متحمل MCC150 و MCC20 و دو رقم حساس MCC507 و MCC506 به روشCTAB استخراج گردید. با استفاده از آغازگرهای PSH-91 و MN واکنش PCR طی دو مرحله انجام شد. مرحله اول با استفاده از DNAی ژنومی نخود و با آغازگرPSH91 و مرحله دوم با استفاده از محصولات مرحله اول و آغازگرMN انجام شد. سپس تخلیص باندها بهوسیله کیت صورت گرفت و جهت توالییابی ارسال شد. حضور تکباند 1350جفت بازی در مرحله اول و حضور تکباند 1289بازی در مرحله دوم بیانگر حضور ژنPR-10 در ژنوم نخود می باشد. نتایج این آزمون حاکی از عدم تفاوت در توالیهای ژن کدکننده پروتئینPR-10 در ارقام نخود با سطوح مقاومتی متفاوت بود. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که تفاوت در واکنش ارقام نسبت به بیماری، به تفاوت در توالی این ژن مربوط نیست و دلایل دیگری مقاومت متفاوت را ایجاد میکنند.

مدلسازی مراحل فنولوژیک و پارامترهای عملکردی گیاه باقلا در شرایط شرق استان گلستان (ارزیابی مدل)
در حال حاضر باقلا بهعنوان یکی از محصولات مهم در منطقه خاورمیانه، افریقا، چین و نقاطی از اروپا و استرالیا در تغذیه انسان و دام مورد توجه قرار دارد. مدل، ابزاری است که ما را در تفسیر و درک دنیایی که در آن زندگی میکنیم، یاری میکند. پیشبینی دقیق فنولوژی گیاهان زراعی از ویژگیهای ضروری مدلهای شبیهسازی بهشمار میرود. از مدلها میتوان در بهبود مدیریت تولید گیاهان زراعی برای پیشبینی تاریخهای احتمالی برداشت یا پیشبینی عملکرد نهایی، یا بهصورت فعالتر، برای پیشبینی مطمئن زمان وقوع حوادث فنولوژیکی استفاده نمود. مدل استفادهشده در این مطالعه، مدل ارائهشده توسط سلطانی و همکاران برای نخود بود. برای پارامترهای ورودی مدل، از مقادیر بهدستآمده از آزمایشهای مزرعهای در دو سال زراعی91-1390 و 92-1391 که در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه گنبد کاووس در شرایط مطلوب دیم و عاری از آفات، علفهای هرز و بیماریهای باقلا اجرا گردیده بود، استفاده شد. 24سناریوی مختلف شامل ترکیبات مختلفی از تراکم و تاریخ کاشت در دو سال زراعی برای مدل تعریف گردید. نتایج نشان داد که مدل قادر است مراحل فنولوژیک گیاه باقلا را بهجُز روز تا سبزشدن بهخوبی پیشبینی کند. این پیشبینی در مراحل منتهی به برداشت باقلا از بالاترین دقت برخوردار بود، بهنحویکه بالاترین ضریب تبیین با مقدار91/0 مربوط به تعداد روز تا برداشت باقلا بود. مطالعه نشان داد که مدل فوق نمیتواند بهخوبی حداکثر سطح برگ، عملکرد، عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت را در شرایط آب و هوایی گنبد و تحت شرایط آزمایشهای مزرعهای پیشبینی نماید.

تأثیر مدیریت تغذیه بر مراحل فنولوژیک، کارآیی مصرف نور و عملکرد نخود زراعی (Cicer arietinum L.) تحت تأثیر تاریخ کاشت
طول دوره مراحل رشد گیاه، استفاده از تشعشع خورشیدی، آب و مواد غذایی از جمله موارد تعیینکننده عملکرد گیاه بهشمار میآیند. از این رو، بهمنظور بررسی مدیریت تغذیه و شرایط آب و هوایی بر مراحل فنولوژیک، کارآیی مصرف نور و عملکرد نخود زراعی (Cicer arietinum L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه عامل و سه تکرار در مزرعه دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه گنبدکاووس در دو سال زراعی95- 1394 و 96- 1395 انجام شد. دو تاریخ کاشت شامل اواسط دیماه و اواسط بهمنماه، کود زیستی مزورایزوبیوم در دو سطح شامل تلقیح و عدم تلقیح و کود شیمیایی نیتروژن در چهار سطح شامل صفر، 20، 40 و 60کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار با منشأ اوره، بهعنوان تیمار مدنظر قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که تاریخ کاشت عامل اصلی تغییر در مراحل فنولوژیک گیاه در هر دو سال بود. عملکرد دانه در تاریخ کاشت اواسط بهمنماه نسبت به اواسط دیماه بهترتیب در سال اول و دوم 84/17 و 65/23درصد کاهش یافت. همچنین، بیشترین مقدار این صفت در هر دو سال از مصرف 60کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار حاصل شد، ولی با این حال بین 20، 40 و 60کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار تفاوت معنیداری در هر دو سال وجود نداشت. تلقیح بذر با مزورایزوبیوم در سال اول و دوم بهترتیب سبب افزایش 242 و 170کیلوگرمی عملکرد دانه در هکتار نسبت به تیمار عدم تلقیح شد. کارآیی مصرف نور نسبتاً پایدار بود و تحت تأثیر معنیدار عاملها قرار نگرفت. در مجموع، نتایج نشان داد در بین عوامل مورد بررسی، تاریخ کاشت نقش بیشتری در طول مراحل رشد گیاه، کارآیی مصرف نور و در نهایت عملکرد گیاه داشت.

ارزیابی تناسب اراضی استان گلستان جهت کشت نخودفرنگی بر اساس عوامل اقلیمی
توسعه و حفظ توازن بومشناختی زمانی محقق خواهد شد که از سرزمین به تناسب قابلیتها و توانمندیهای آن استفاده گردد. در بسیاری از موارد، سامانههای تحت کشت محصولات دارای عملکرد پایینی هستند که علاوه بر مسائل مدیریتی، توانمندیهای اقلیمی منطقه نیز گاهی به عنوان عامل محدودکننده وارد عمل میشوند. بر این اساس، شناسایی توانمندیهای سرزمین پیش از بارگذاری فعالیتهای گوناگون بسیار حائز اهمیت است. در همین راستا بهمنظور ارزیابی اراضی کشاورزی استان گلستان برای کشت نخودفرنگی بر اساس بارش و دما، از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیاییGIS و روش ترکیبی خطی وزنیWLC استفاده شد. اطلاعات درباه نیازهای زراعی گیاه و متغیرهای اقلیمی که شامل حداکثر و حداقل دما، دمای متوسط و بارندگی میباشند، از سازمانها و منابع علمی موجود جمعآوری و نقشههای موردنیاز تهیه گردید. برای استانداردسازی دادهها از منطق فازی و برای وزندهی معیارها از روش تحلیل سلسلهمراتبیAHP استفاده شد. در نهایت، با استفاده از روش ترکیب خطی وزنیWLC در محیط نرمافزارTerrSet نقشه پتانسیل کشت نخودفرنگی تهیه گردید. نتایج وزندهی معیارها با روشAHP نشان داد که بارندگی مطلوب دوره رشد با ضریب2890/0 و حداقل دمای تاریخ کاشت با ضریب0364/0 بهترتیب بیشترین و کمترین تأثیر را در تعیین وضعیت مناطق جهت کشت محصول داشتند. همچنین در نقشة برونداد حاصل از روش ترکیبی خطی وزنی مشخص گردید که بخش کوچکی از اراضی واقع در مرکز و غرب استان و مناطق حاشیه شمالشرقی و جنوبشرقی شرایط نامساعدی جهت کشت نخودفرنگی دارند. استعدادسنجی اراضی استان نیز نشان داد که 02/26درصد از مساحت کل استان بسیار مستعد و 42/48درصد مستعد میباشند.

ارزیابی عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپهای باقلا (Vicia faba L.) با استفاده از روشهای آماری چندمتغیره
آزمایش حاضر بهمنظور بررسی روابط بین عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد 26ژنوتیپ باقلا در استان لرستان بهصورت طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی94-1393 انجام شد. نتایج برآورد ضرایب همبستگی نشان داد که عملکرد دانه با صفات تعداد روز تا جوانهزنی، تعداد روز تا گلدهی، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد غلاف در بوته، تعداد گره در بوته، وزن100دانه، طول غلاف، عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت همبستگی مثبت داشت. بر اساس نتایج تجزیه رگرسیون، صفات ارتفاع بوته، تعداد غلاف در بوته، تعداد شاخه در بوته، تعداد گره در شاخه، تعداد دانه در غلاف، وزن100دانه و طول غلاف میتوانند بهعنوان متغیرهای پیشگوییکننده برای عملکرد دانه وارد مدل شوند. تجزیه علیت نشان داد که ارتفاع بوته(51/0)، تعداد غلاف در بوته(51/0)، تعداد گره در شاخه(11/0)، تعداد دانه در غلاف(20/0)، وزن100دانه(34/0) و طول غلاف(41/0) اثرات مستقیم مثبت بر عملکرد دانه دارد. در مجموع بایستی به صفاتی مانند ارتفاع بوته، تعداد غلاف در بوته، تعداد گره در شاخه و طول غلاف برای افزایش عملکرد دانه توجه شود و این صفات میتوانند بهعنوان شاخصهای انتخاب در برنامههای اصلاح باقلا استفاده شوند. تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی شش مؤلفه را معرفی کرد که حدود80درصد از تغییرات را توجیه مینمود. توزیع ژنوتیپها در فضای نمودار دوبعدی (بایپلات)، وجود تنوع ژنتیکی بالای بین ژنوتیپها را از نظر صفات مورد مطالعه نشان داد. در مجموع، میتوان اظهار داشت که ژنوتیپهای با عملکرد بالا شامل 9 و 22 میتوانند برای بهبود عملکرد دانه باقلا استفاده شوند و سبب افزایش تولید این محصول شوند.

ارزیابی واکنش ژنوتیپهای نخود به آبیاری تکمیلی در مراغه
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر آبیاری تکمیلی بر برخی صفات زراعی و عملکرد دانه نخود، آزمایشی در قالب کرتهای خردشده بر پایه بلوک کامل تصادفی به مدت سه سال زراعی (92-1389) در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی دیم مراغه انجام شد. تیمارهای آبیاری شامل آبیاری در زمان کاشت، آبیاری در زمانهای کاشت و گلدهی، آبیاری در زمانهای کاشت، گلدهی و پُرشدن غلافها بهعنوان کرتهای اصلی و چهار ژنوتیپ نخود (آزاد، آرمان، ILC482 و یک توده بومی از منطقه وان ترکیه) بهعنوان کرتهای فرعی درنظرگرفته شدند. نتایج تجزیه مرکب نشان داد که اثر سال بر تمام صفات مورد مطالعه (تاریخ گلدهی، تاریخ رسیدن، دوره پُرشدن غلاف، ارتفاع بوته، وزن100دانه، عملکرد زیستتوده و دانه، شاخص برداشت و شاخص باردهی) از نظر آماری معنیدار بود. اثر زمان آبیاری بهجُز وزن100دانه، شاخص برداشت و شاخص باردهی بر تمام صفات معنیدار بود. بین ژنوتیپهای آزمایشی از نظر ارتفاع بوته، وزن100دانه، عملکرد (زیستتوده و دانه)، شاخص برداشت و شاخص باردهی تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت. برهمکنش سال در ژنوتیپ بهجُز ارتفاع بوته، زیستتوده، شاخص برداشت و شاخص باردهی بر کلیه صفات مورد بررسی معنیدار بود. برهمکنش زمان آبیاری در ژنوتیپ بر عملکرد (زیستتوده و دانه) معنیدار بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه (1064کیلوگرم در هکتار) متعلق به تیمار سه نوبت آبیاری بود. در بین ژنوتیپهای آزمایشی بیشترین عملکرد دانه (939کیلوگرم در هکتار) متعلق به ژنوتیپ ILC482 بود. جمعبندی نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از آبیاری تکمیلی در کشت بهاره نخود موجب بهبود اغلب صفات و عملکرد دانه میگردد.

مطالعه تغییرات بیان ژن CAT و فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز در ارقام عدس (Lens culinaris Medik) تحت تنش خشکی
گیاه عدس از جمله حبوبات باارزشی محسوب میشود که منبع مناسبی جهت تأمین پروتئین و اسیدهای آمینه میباشد. با توجه به بحران کمآبی و تأثیر آن بهعنوان یک عامل محدودکننده در تولید محصولات زراعی از جمله عدس، شناسایی ارقام متحمل با بازده عملکرد مناسب ضروری بهنظر میرسد. در شرایط تنش خشکی، سیستم علامتدهنده موجب القای ژنهای مشخصی در مقابل اثرات زیانآور و تنشهای محیطی میشود. کاتالاز از سری آنزیمهای احیاکننده است که از سلول در برابر اثرات سمی پراکسید هیدروژن حمایت میکند. از اینرو تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر تنش خشکی بر تغییرات فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز و الگوی بیان ژن CAT در سه رقم عدس (کیمیا، گچساران و L7)، در دو مرحله رویشی و زایشی بهصورت گلدانی با سه تکرار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. سطوح تنش خشکی شامل تیمار شاهد (بدون اعمال تنش خشکی)، تنش در مرحلة رویشی و تنش در مرحلة زایشی بود. تأثیر تنش خشکی بر فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز در هر دو مرحلة رویشی و زایشی معنیدار بود. در هر دو مرحله رشد، فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز در رقمL7 بیشتر از سایر ارقام بود. بررسی الگوی بیان ژنCAT به روشReal time PCR انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که شرایط تنش منجر به افزایش بیان ژن مورد مطالعه شد؛ با اینحال، افزایش بیان در ارقام مختلف متفاوت بود. بیان ژنCAT تحت اثر تنش خشکی در رقمL7 در هر دو مرحله رشد رویشی و زایشی نسبت به دو رقم دیگر افزایش بیشتری نشان داد.

کنترل پوسیدگی و پژمردگی فوزاریومی ریشه نخود با عوامل Fusarium solani و Fusarium oxysporum با استفاده از باکتریهای محرک رشد گیاه
بیماری پوسیدگی و پژمردگی فوزاریومی نخود که بهترتیب توسط گونههای Fusarium solani و Fusarium oxysporum ایجاد میشود. یکی از مهمترین بیماریهای نخود در ایران است. در این پژوهش، امکان افزایش رشد گیاه و کنترل بیماری توسط باکتریهای محرک رشد گیاه جداشده از ریزوسفر گیاه نخود مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از 100جدایه باکتری بهدستآمده بر اساس روش هاله بازدارندگی علیه هر دو بیمارگر، 16جدایه انتخاب شدند. بیشترین هاله بازدارندگی مربوط به جدایهB13 با 11میلیمتر علیه بیمارگر F. oxysporum بود. سه آزمایش شامل افزایش رشد گیاه در عدم حضور بیمارگرها، مهار پژمردگی فوزاریومی و مهار پوسیدگی فوزاریومی توسط جدایههای منتخب و در شرایط گلخانه انجام شد. در عدم حضور بیمارگرها، جدایهB2 وزنخشک اندامهای هوایی را از 08/1 به 69/3 افزایش داد و جدایههای B3 و B4 بهترین جدایهها در بهبود رشد ریشه بودند. در آزمایش دوم، جدایههایB2 و B13 بیماری پژمردگی فوزاریومی با عامل F. oxysporum را بیش از 93درصد کاهش دادند. جدایةB2 در حضور این بیمارگر، میانگین وزنخشک اندام هوایی را 4/4برابر و میانگین وزنخشک ریشه را 4/5برابر افزایش داد. در آزمایش سوم، جدایةB6 بهترین جدایه علیه بیمارگر F. solani بود و شاخص بیماری را بیش از 73درصد کاهش داد. این جدایه در حضور این بیمارگر، وزنخشک اندامهای هوایی را 2/3برابر و وزنخشک ریشه را 9/2برابر افزایش داد. شناسایی مولکولی به روش 16S rDNA نشان داد که جدایههای B2، B3، B6 و B13 بهترتیب متعلق به Bacilus sp.، Achromobacter sp.، Bacillus pumilus و Bulkholderia sp. بودند. در مجموع استفاده از باکتریهای ریزوسفری میتواند رهیافتی امیدبخش در مدیریت بیماریهای فوزاریومی نخود باشد.

تأثیر پلیمر سوپرجاذب بر خصوصیات کمّی و کیفی لوبیا چشمبلبلی (L. Vigna unguiculata) در شرایط مدیریت کمآبیاری
اجرای تکنیکهای کمآبیاری بهمنظور بهرهوری بیشتر از منابع آب راهکاری علمی بهشمار میرود. لذا این آزمایش بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر پلیمر سوپرجاذب در شرایط کمآبیاری به روش جویچهای یکدرمیان بر صفات کمّی و کیفی لوبیا چشمبلبلی بهصورت کرتهای نواری در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. عامل اول در سه سطح شامل آبیاری کامل جوی و پشتهها (شاهد)، آبیاری یکدرمیان جوی و پشتهها بهصورت ثابت و آبیاری یکدرمیان جوی و پشتهها بهصورت متغیر بود. عامل دوم شامل سه سطح پلیمر سوپرجاذب بهصورت عدم مصرف سوپرجاذب (شاهد)، 75کیلوگرم در هکتار و 150کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت بین سطوح مختلف آبیاری از نظر تعداد غلاف در بوته، تعداد دانه در غلاف، وزن100دانه، درصد پروتئین، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت در سطح احتمال یکدرصد معنیدار بود. تأثیر سطوح مختلف سوپرجاذب در تمامی صفات مورد آزمایش در سطح احتمال یکدرصد و بر پروتئین دانه در سطح پنجدرصد معنیدار بود. اثر متقابل بین سطوح مختلف آبیاری و سوپرجاذب بر تعداد غلاف در بوته و شاخص برداشت در سطح احتمال پنجدرصد معنیدار بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه درشرایط آبیاری کامل جوی و پشتهها و مصرف 150کیلوگرم در هکتار سوپرجاذب بهترتیب با 4/2853 و 5/2314کیلوگرم در هکتار و کمترین عملکرد دانه در شرایط آبیاری یکدرمیان جوی و پشتهها بهصورت ثابت و عدم مصرف سوپرجاذب بهترتیب با 2/1108 و 2/1453کیلوگرم در هکتار حاصل شد. بیشترین درصد پروتئین در شرایط آبیاری یکدرمیان جوی و پشتهها بهصورت ثابت و عدم کاربرد سوپرجاذب بهترتیب با 19/28 و 58/27درصد و کمترین درصد پروتئین در شرایط آبیاری کامل جوی و پشتهها و مصرف 150کیلوگرم در هکتار سوپرجاذب بهترتیب با 57/22 و 08/24درصد مشاهده شد. نتایج کلی آزمایش نشان داد که تأثیر مصرف سوپرجاذب در شرایط آبیاری کامل با افزایش مؤلفههای تولیدی و در شرایط کمآبیاری با کمکردن اثرات کمبود آب و بهبود آسیبهای ناشی از آن توانست در جهت افزایش عملکرد کمی مؤثر واقع شود. این در حالی بود که با مصرف سوپرجاذب، عملکرد کیفی کاهش یافت.

اثر تلقیح با باکتریهای محرک رشد، مایکوریزا و مقادیر فسفر بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ماش (Vigna radiata L.)
ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ باکتریهای محرک رشد، مایکوریزا و مقادیر مختلف فسفر کودی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ماش (Vigna radiata L.)، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان در دو سال زراعی 95-1396 و 96-1397 انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل کود فسفره در سه سطح (عدم مصرف، 150کیلوگرم و ۲۲۵کیلوگرم در هکتار) و ترکیبهای مختلف باکتریهای محرک رشد و قارچ مایکوریزا در هشت سطح (شاهد، باکتری آزوسپیریلوم لیپوفرم، باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنس، قارچ گلوموس موسهآ، ترکیب آزوسپریلیوم و سودوموناس، آزوسپریلیوم و قارچ، سودوموناس و قارچ و ترکیب هر سه فاکتور) بودند. ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾـﻪ ﻣﺮﮐﺐ در ﻣﻮرد اﺛﺮ سال، کود فسفر و کود زیستی نشاندهندة تأثیر معنیدار روی عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد، ارتفاع گیاه، طول غلاف و پروتئین دانه بود. نتایج مقایسه میانگین دادهها در سال اول نشان داد که بیشترین عملکرد دانه (226گرم در مترمربع) در تیمار تلقیح با باکتری آزوسپیریلوم و قارچ مایکوریزا در سطح مصرف 225کیلوگرم در هکتار کود شیمیایی فسفر بهدست آمد که نسبت به شاهد 6/29درصد افزایش داشت. در سال دوم آزمایش نیز بیشترین عملکرد دانه (216گرم در مترمربع) با افزایش7/38درصد نسبت به شاهد در تیمار تلقیح با باکتری آزوسپیریلوم و سودوموناس و قارچ مایکوریزا در سطح مصرف 225کیلوگرم در هکتار کود شیمیایی فسفر بهدست آمد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین وزن1000دانه (91/52گرم) و بیشترین تعداد دانه (52/8عدد در غلاف) در تیمار ۲۲۵کیلوگرم در هکتار کود شیمیایی فسفر بهدست آمد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﮐﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎندﻫﻨﺪة مفیدبودن باکتری آزوسپیریلوم و قارچ مایکوریزا در زراﻋﺖ ﻣﺎش جهت کاهش استفاده از کود شیمیایی فسفر است.

بررسی تنوع در برخی صفات زراعی و عملکرد تودة بومی عدس منطقه کوهین قـزوین
تاکنون مطالعات اندکی در زمینه بررسی و خالصسازی تودههای بومی عدس در کشور صورت گرفته است. این مطالعه بهمنظور ارزیابی مقدماتی در توده بومی عدس دیم منطقه کوهین قزوین و طی دو سال زراعی 91-1389 اجرا شد. در بهار سالهای 1389 و 1390 نسبت به کاشت بذر120تکبوته انتخابی از توده بومی در شرایط مزرعهای(دیم) اقدام شد. هشت صفت زراعی شامل تاریخ گلدهی، تاریخ رسیدن، طول دوره پُرشدن دانه، ارتفاع بوته، وزن100دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد زیستتوده و شاخص برداشت یادداشتبرداری و بررسی شدند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس حاکی از وجود تفاوت معنیدار بین ژنوتیپهای آزمایشی برای همه صفات بهجز عملکرد زیستتوده و شاخص برداشت بود. میزان تنوع در بین لاینها با استفاده از آمارههایی نظیر حداقل، حداکثر، میانگین، دامنه و ضریب تغییرات فنوتیپی برآورد شد. نتایج نشان داد که کمترین و بیشترین تنوع در بین صفات مورد بررسی بهترتیب متعلق به تاریخ رسیدن و عملکرد دانه بود. نتایج تجزیه خوشهای بهروشWard ژنوتیپهای موردمطالعه را در شش گروه قرار داد. جمعبندی نتایج نشان داد که تنوع مطلوبی در توده بومی عدس کوهین وجود دارد و از آن میتوان بهعنوان منبع باارزشی در برنامههای اصلاحی عدس در مناطق دیم کشور استفاده کرد

تأثیر قطع آبیاری از ابتدای گلدهی و غلافدهی تا رسیدگی، بر عملکرد و اجزای آن در پنج رقم رایج نخود منطقه کرمانشاه
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر تنش کمآبی از اوایل گلدهی و رشد زایشی بر تغییرات عملکرد و اجزای آن در پنج رقم نخود زراعی، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خردشده، در قالب طرح پایة بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعة تحقیقاتی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه اجرا شد. فاکتور اصلی رژیم رطوبتی با سه سطح شامل اعمال تنش کمآبی از ابتدای گلدهی تا رسیدگی، اعمال تنش کمآبی از ابتدای غلافدهی تا رسیدگی، و آبیاری مطلوب، و فاکتور فرعی شامل پنج رقم نخود به اسامی آرمان، آزاد، بیونیج، هاشم و ILC482 بودند. نتایج نشان داد تنش کمآبی در هر دو سطح، موجب کاهش معنیدار عملکرد دانه، زیستتوده، شاخص برداشت، وزن100دانه، تعداد دانه در بوته و غلاف و تعداد غلاف در بوته شد. اعمال تنش کمآبی از ابتدای گلدهی، موجب کاهش شدیدتر عملکرد دانه در مقایسه با تیمار تنش کمآبی از ابتدای غلافدهی شد. با اعمال تنش کمآبی از ابتدای گلدهی، عملکرد دانه در حدود 51درصد و عملکرد زیستتوده در حدود 36درصد کاهش یافت. در شرایط کنترل رطوبتی، بیشترین عملکرد دانه و زیستتوده مربوط به رقم آرمان به ترتیب با 1355 و 3126کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه و زیستتوده در شرایط اعمال تنش کمآبی از ابتدای غلافدهی، در رقمهای آزاد و بیونیج بهترتیب با 1035 و 2570کیلوگرم در هکتار و در شرایط تنش کمآبی از ابتدای گلدهی، دررقمILC482 بهترتیب با 715 و 2000کیلوگرم در هکتار دیده شد. همچنین رابطة بین عملکرد دانه با صفات عملکرد زیستتوده، شاخص برداشت، تعداد غلاف در بوته و تعداد دانه در بوته مثبت و معنیدار بود. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده، رقمهای آزاد، بیونیج و ILC482 در هر دو سطح تنش رطوبتی عملکرد مناسبتری از خود نشان دادند و احتمالاً کاشت آنها در چنین شرایطی با ریسک کمتری همراه است

ارزیابی تأثیر پرایمینگ و مدت آن بر خصوصیات جوانهزنی دو ژنوتیپ عدس (Lens culinaris Medic.) در شرایط آزمایشگاهی
با توجه به رشد روزافزون جمعیت و محدودیت منابع پروتئین حیوانی، اهمیت منابع پروتئین گیاهی خصوصاً حبوبات، ازجمله عدس در تأمین پروتئین موردنیاز انسان و نقش آن در تنظیم جیره غذایی ضروری بهنظر میرسد. پرایمینگ بذر یک روش ساده قبل از جوانهزنی برای بهبود سبزشدن و کاهش اثرات عوامل تنشزا میباشد. بهمنظور تعیین مناسبترین تیمار پرایمینگ و زمان آن بر خصوصیات جوانهزنی بذر و گیاهچه عدس (Lens culinaris Medic.) آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در آزمایشگاه فیزیولوژی تنشهای محیطی پژوهشکده علوم گیاهی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد اجرا گردید. تیمارها شامل دو ژنوتیپ عدس (رباط و کالپوش)، شش سطح پرایمینگ ]شاهد (عدم پرایمینگ)، اسید جیبرلیک (C19H22O6) 100میلیگرم در لیتر، نیترات پتاسیم (KNO3) 500میلیگرم در لیتر، سولفات روی (ZnSO4) 100میلیگرم در لیتر، محلول آبنوش بذر دایان چهار میلیلیتر در یک لیتر آب و هیدروپرایمینگ[ و مدت پرایمینگ (7 و 16ساعت) بودند. درصد جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، بنیه بذر بر مبنای وزنخشک گیاهچه و طول گیاهچه، طول ریشهچه، طول ساقهچه، طول گیاهچه، وزنخشک ریشهچه، وزنخشک ساقهچه و وزنخشک گیاهچه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که ژنوتیپ رباط در تمامی صفات بهجُز وزنخشک ریشهچه و گیاهچه برتری معنیداری نسبت به ژنوتیپ کالپوش داشت. همچنین بیشترین درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی در تیمار شاهد (عدم پرایمینگ) مشاهده شد، اما تفاوت معنیداری با تیمار پرایمینگ سولفات روی نداشت. نتایج حاصل از اثر ساده مدت پرایمینگ نشان داد که مدت زمان هفتساعت پرایمینگ تأثیر بیشتری در مقایسه با مدت زمان 16ساعت روی صفات ارزیابیشده داشته است. میتوان نتیجه گرفت که بذر ژنوتیپ رباط از بنیه و وضعیت بهتری نسبت به ژنوتیپ کالپوش برخوردار بود و بهطورکلی میتوان بیان کرد که صفات تعداد کل بذور جوانهزده، سرعت جوانهزنی، درصد جوانهزنی، طول ریشهچه، طول ساقهچه ، طول گیاهچه و بنیه بذر در ژنوتیپ رباط و صفات وزنخشک ریشهچه، وزنخشک ساقهچه و وزنخشک گیاهچه در ژنوتیپ کالپوش برتر بودند

بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر اسپرمیدین بر برخی صفات کمی و کیفی نخود در شرایط فاریاب، مطالعهای در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه صنعتی شاهرود در سال1395 انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت کرتهای خُردشده در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا گردید. عوامل آزمایش شامل رژیم آبیاری در سه سطح (دور آبیاری هفتروز (شاهد)، دور آبیاری 10روز و دور آبیاری 13روز) و محلولپاشی برگی اسپرمیدین در سه سطح (شاهد، محلولپاشی با غلظت 3/0میلیمولار و محلولپاشی با غلظت 6/0میلیمولار) بود. نتایج نشان داد که درشرایط استفاده از غلظت 3/0میلیمولار اسپرمیدین، فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز 48درصد نسبت به شاهد کاهش یافت. در غلظت 6/0میلیمولار اسپرمیدین، تغییر معنیداری در فعالیت این آنزیم وجود نداشت. در دور آبیاری 13روز، غلظتهای 3/0 و 6/0میلیمولار اسپرمیدین باعث شد که فعالیت آنزیم گوایکول پراکسیداز به ترتیب 38درصد و 67درصد کاهش یابد و در مقابل، محتوای نسبی کلروفیل برگ به ترتیب 12درصد و 24درصد افزایش نشان دهد. این افزایش در صفات تعداد غلاف در بوته (به ترتیب 23درصد و 31درصد)، زیستتوده (23درصد و 44درصد)، عملکرد دانه (20درصد و 34درصد) و پروتئین دانه (3درصد و 6درصد) نیز مشاهده شد. اسپرمیدین 6/0میلیمولار بهعنوان بهترین سطح تیمار برای شرایط وجود و عدموجود تنش خشکی شناخته شد.
