تنش خشکی در مناطق دیم کشور از مهمترین عوامل کاهش رشد، عملکرد و جوانهزنی بذر نخود است.استفاده از تیمارهایی که بتواند در شرایط تنش خشکی نقش مؤثری در بهبود جوانهزنی ایفا کنند، گامی مفید و کاربردی در جهت افزایش عملکرد و محصول نهایی در گیاهان زراعی است. در این راستا جهت بررسی تیمار چایکمپوست در بهبود شاخصهای جوانهزنی و رشدی بذر نخود (رقم عادل) در شرایط تنش خشکی، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در دانشگاه صنعتی خاتمالانبیاء بهبهان به اجرا درآمد. تیمارهای مطالعه عبارت بودند از: چایکمپوست با سطوح صفر، 5، 15 و 25 درصد حجمی و تنش خشکی با تیمارهای صفر، 3/0-، 6/0- و 9/0- مگاپاسکال. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش شدت تنش خشکی از صفر تا 9/0- مگاپاسکال کلیه شاخصهای مورد بررسی کاهش معنیداری داشتند. نتایج مرتبط با اثرات ساده کاربرد چایکمپوست نشان داد که استفاده از سطوح 5، 15 و 25 درصد حجمی چایکمپوست به صورت معنیداری وزن خشک ریشهچه، وزن خشک ساقهچه و آندوسپرم مصرفی را افزایش داد. در بررسی اثرات متقابل مشاهده شد که در شرایط 3/0-، 6/0- و 9/0- مگاپاسکال، سطوح 15 و 25 درصد حجمی به صورت معنیداری موجب بهبود درصد جوانهزنی، سرعت جوانهزنی، قدرت جوانهزنی، طول ساقهچه و طول گیاهچه شد. در شرایط تنش 3/0- و 6/0- مگاپاسکال، کاربرد چایکمپوست در سطوح 15 و 25 درصد حجمی موجب افزایش معنیدار شاخص بنیه بذر در مقایسه با شاهد شد. در شرایط تنش 6/0- و 9/0- مگاپاسکال، کاربرد سطح 25 درصد حجمی چایکمپوست موجب افزایش معنیدار طول ریشهچه نسبت به سطوح شاهد شد. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، کاربرد چایکمپوست (عصاره ورمیکمپوست) در سطوح 15 و 25 درصد حجمی در شرایطی که بذر نخود با تنش خشکی مواجه است، توصیه میگردد.
